Hey, Kids! It’s Yogi Oki Doki!

And his giant fowl friend, Rasta Rooster! This excerpt from a genuine 1990s TV show (in California, of course) may be unfairly edited — that’s what Yogi Oki Doki’s wife says — but it’s hilarious and compelling.

Of course, this has inspired many variations, including the dubstep and death metal versions. Who knew yoga could be so exciting and creepy?
