Something a little different — I’m going to trace back several versions of a favorite blues song, known alternately as “Still a Fool,” “Catfish Blues,” and “Rolling Stone.” Muddy Waters had the most famous version with the last of those versions, the song that gave the Rolling Stones their name. He released both “Rolling Stone” and “Still A Fool,” which are very similar but significantly different; the former is just him on guitar, the latter a band featuring the criminally underrated Willie Dixon.<\/p>\n
