Check your registration -- Track your ballot
Statewide, registration closed on October 19th. If you haven't registered yet, it's too late for the 2020 election.
It's also too late to safely mail in your absentee or mail-in ballots; take them in by hand to your county election office or one of the satellite voting locations (below) before election day. .

In Person voting is basically over

It's too late to just show up and vote, but if you requested a mail-in or absentee ballot before October 27th and never received it, you can go to the county elections office during business hours and get a new ballot there. (see above)

Early voting / Satellite Voting Locations

It's too late to request a mail-in ballot, and this applies to "in-person mail-in" voting where you were previously able to just show up and vote. However, if you have already requested a mail-in ballot or absentee ballot, you can drop it off at these locations. And if you requested a ballot but never received it, you should be able to vote at these locations as well. It's always safest to go to the central Philadelphia County voting office, which is the first address here:

Error Messages

Here is the explanation for error messages you may have received from Philadelphia County elections:

"CANC -- NO SIGNATURE - Voter's ballot was returned without a signature on the declaration envelope
CANC -- VOTE CANCELLED - Voter's ballot was determined to lack a secrecy envelope without opening the declaration envelope
CANC -- UNDELIVERABLE - Voter's ballot was returned by the USPS to the County Board of Elections
Voters whose ballots have been cancelled can vote by provisional ballot on Election Day; alternatively they may request a replacement ballot at a satellite election office through 8:00 PM on Election Day."
